Power-Hour Session

These are one-off sessions for those wanting some nutrition and health advice but not necessarily needing longer-term private coaching.


Session topic examples:

  • Nutrition to prepare for and promote a healthy pregnancy/breastfeeding

  • Ensuring adequate nutrition on a vegetarian/vegan diet

  • How to plan, shop and prepare nutritious meals in advance

  • Feeding fussy kids



Initial Consultation

In this 60-minute session, we will explore both your history and relationship with food and body image, your current nutrition and lifestyle habits, as well as your goals for working together. From there we will work together to come up with a personalised plan to achieve them!

Follow-up Sessions

During these sessions (60 minutes), we'll discuss how your journey is going, celebrate your victories and work to resolve any issues or barriers that come up along the way. It will also be an opportunity to reassess your goals and if necessary, make any adjustments. 

For Businesses
