I believe authentic health is so much more than just what you eat and that healthy can look different for everyone. As a qualified nutritionist, certified personal trainer and coach, my passion is to help women find real freedom and healing in the area of food and health. Using an Intuitive Eating, weight-neutral approach, I journey alongside clients as they learn to cultivate balance and confidence in their relationships with food and their bodies. Freeing them up to focus on the things in life that are actually important like family, friends, pursuing their passions and dreams - so that they can truly thrive!
